Use of the App

TaskPop is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app in a lawful manner and not to misuse or interfere with its operation.

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in TaskPop, including design, features, and content, are owned by GuacApps LLC.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the app or its components.

Subscriptions and Purchases

TaskPop may offer optional paid subscriptions ("Pro" features), including monthly and annual plans.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price shown at the time of renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Prices may vary by location and are confirmed at the time of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

All billing, renewals, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple via the App Store. We do not store or process payment information.

Availability

We aim to keep TaskPop available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Features may change, be added, or removed at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TaskPop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that TaskPop will meet your specific expectations or requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuacApps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TaskPop.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to TaskPop if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
